About TEPA

The Economic Pillars Alliance (TEPA) was conceived in 2021 by a collective of young professionals determined to address the socio-economic gaps facing Kenyan youth, women, persons living with disabilities (PWDs) and other marginalized groups.

Guided by the rallying cry Boresha Uchumi (“Boost the Economy”), TEPA champions:

  • Economic equity & entrepreneurship through innovation hubs and SME incubation.
  • Inclusive governance— increasing youth, women & PWD participation in decision-making.
  • Green & digital jobs as pillars for sustainable development.

Today, TEPA operates county chapters, target being all 47 counties; providing civic education, mentorship programmes and policy advocacy that put people first.
